We have produced patient specific training devices for surgical planning and navigation. Our experience extends from skulls and soft tissues for both human and animal surgeries.
With just a CT or MRI scan we can assemble powerful visual tools for your surgical teams. These models have been validated in both clinical and academic studies and have proven to be extremely accurate.

We have worked closely with surgeosn and clinicians to develop a range of open sourced, 3Dprinted, and disposable Laryngoscopes for emergency intubation procedures. During the Covid pandemic we utilised our manufacturing facilities to produce these medical devices locally in Ireland.

We have worked closely with some of Irelands highest performing rugby and hockey players to develop bespoke sports protection solutions for their players.
Utilising the latest in high performance 3D printing materials we have produced customised wearables that reduce injury rates and provide athletes with comfort and confidence on the field.
The Sabaton foot guards (imaged above) were developed and tested specifically for the Irish hockey team, and proved effective at protecting players at the 2024 Paris Olympic games.
When planning for veterinary surgeries on large animals (Equine, Livestock etc) it can be hugely beneficial to plan your procedures with the aid of custom CT derived surgical models.
We have worked with UCD Veterinary hospital, Irelands premier animal hospital, to provide Veterinary surgeons with the tools they need to reduce risk and improve outcomes at a competitive cost.
